Lying on the floor and listening to Joni Mitchell’s Blue from start to finish like I’m 15 again
Making tea with wildflower honey and sitting down to enjoy it with a piece of toast and whipped butter
Dropping sandalwood in my diffuser and letting it float around the room
Baking something yummy, especially if I have to run to the market first to assemble ingredients
Writing a letter to someone I love and sealing it with pink wax
Brushing, oiling, and braiding my hair, then spraying it with lemongrass hair perfume
Watching old black-and-white movies in bed while eating frozen blueberries
Taking care of my nails and nourishing them with lemon cuticle butter
Stretching slowly, sinking into each pose, feeling my muscles unlock
My perfect pre-sleep routine: red light therapy, Tibetan singing bowls, and lying on my Shakti mat for 30 minutes
